Uber is preparing to launch a new food delivery service. The project of the American company will differ from other similar services by the use of drones, writes Wall Street Journal.
Now Uber is busy looking for specialists to implement its idea. The service will begin to work fully only by 2021, when the commercial use of unmanned aerial vehicles will be fully regulated at the legislative level.
Uber currently offers food delivery as part of the Uber Eats service, but its couriers use more traditional modes of transport – bicycles and cars.
