At the moment, only a tenth of the employees remain in the studio.
The American company Telltale Games, known for episodic games in various franchises (The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Minecraft and others), is closing.
All of the studio's current projects, with the exception of Minecraft: Story Mode, have reportedly been canceled. The second episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season will be the last, although it was originally supposed to be 4.
Of the 250 employees in the studio, only 25 continue to work. They have to complete the transfer of Minecraft: Story Mode to the online theater Netflix and settle the remaining formalities.
The studio existed for 14 years, having released about four dozen projects, most of which are adventure games coming out in several parts (so-called episodes).
