New Gigabyte motherboard for Intel Coffee Lake supports DDR3 memory


Gigabyte has released the budget H310M DS2V DDR3 motherboard, which is well suited for upgrading from previous generations of desktop platforms. The novelty is designed to use modern processors Intel Coffee Lake, but it supports legacy DDR3 memory.

Gigabyte H310M DS2V DDR3 is based on the Intel H310 chipset and is equipped with three PCI Express slots – one PCI-E 3.0 x16 and two PCI-E 2.0 x1. The board provides four SATA 3 connectors for installing drives, and six USB ports for connecting peripheral devices, including two USB 3.0.

The price and start date of the motherboard have not yet been announced.
