Microsoft has completed development of a revised version of the October update for Windows 10, fixing a bug that led to the removal of user files.
The new version of the update is currently being tested by program members Windows Insider. As soon as the software giant finishes all the necessary checks, ordinary users will begin to receive the modified patch.
As a reminder, Microsoft suspended distribution of the last major update for Windows 10 after it became clear that it might delete the contents of the Documents folder. The problem, according to the company, affected about 0.01% of PCs.
