How to solve problems with dual-channel memory operation

My question is this: motherboard Intel DQ67SW Lga1155, processor Intel i5 2400, when installing 4 RAM strips (identical), the motherboard does not boot, and when two are installed in slot 1 and 3 (channel A) – load. Channel B, slots 2 and 4 are not working. Everything worked on the motherboard Intel DQ67OW In BIOS, there is no 'Memory Settings' column to get to the item and enable the 2-channel memory mode.

What to do?

Expert answer:

Hello Roman!

What do you mean by 'installing 4 RAM sticks (identical) the motherboard does not boot'? Can't you see the picture or the computer basically won't start?

Have you checked the planks one at a time? That is, put in the first bar, turn on the computer, remove the bar, insert the second bar, turn it on – turn it off and remove the bar, etc.?

Apparently, the problem is that one of the RAM strips is not working correctly and / or there is a problem with the slot. Check their functionality.

Also, if the problem persists, provide the name of the planks.
